HELP!!! Help me identify these brown spots on my aloe plant

I've had this plant for over 6 years and feel like it's one of my children. I believe it's over 10 years old and had been in great health up until 4 months ago. It started forming these brown spots on the new leaves. It flowers every year and produces many babies. I will be heart broken if it's dying!!! Help!

It's very difficult to do a diagnosis through this image.
Maybe with a close up to the symptoms would be possible to be assertive, but, if injury is sunken with little black points in concentric rings, it could be anthracnose (Colletotrichum spp)

It definitely looks like a fungal or bacterial growth. It is strange as this is a house plant and I cannot imagine how you got it. It is coming to the central and more recent fronds so it could be the plant had these pathogens and they are popping out. Makes some marks with a sharpie and see if the disease spreads beyond the marked area.
